While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
If the delivery address is outside of our designated delivery area, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to fulfill the order. In such cases, the sender will be promptly notified via email, and a full refund will be issued.

SPF Custom Designs
Thank you for considering Scottsdale Paradise Flowers for your upcoming event. We appreciate your interest in our services. In order to provide you with the best possible experience and ensure that we can meet your expectations, we kindly request a minimum of 3 weeks in advance notice prior to the date of the event.
To secure your event date, we require a non-refundable $250.00 consultation fee. This fee will be deducted from the total event amount. This allows SPF to allocate the necessary resources and ensure that we can create a truly memorable floral experience for your special occasion.
We understand that planning events can be a complex process, and we strive to make it as seamless as possible for our clients. By providing us with sufficient notice and securing your event date, we can guarantee that our team will be fully prepared to bring your vision to life.
